Can I return my order?

We are confident you will be 100% satisfied with our products. However, due to the nature of our products, all returns are subject to our approval at our sole discretion. Please reach out to us if you would like to request a return and include your order number, full name, billing address, and reason for return. If this is your first order with us and you’re not entirely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under our Happiness Guarantee 🍀.

What is the return process?

If your return request is approved, depending on your location, you will either be provided with a prepaid shipping label to ship your order back to us, or you will be given a return mailing address. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

When you place an order, it’s automatically sent to our fulfillment centers, and there is a relatively short time period when we are able to intercept and cancel or make changes to an order. However, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help in any way we can!
