We are happy to offer subscriptions — an effortless way to receive the products you love before they run out, without the hassle of placing a new order every time. This page explains how subscriptions work, when your payment method is charged, and how you can make changes or cancel your subscription in just a few clicks.
What is a subscription?
Different from a one-time order, a subscription is a recurring order, placed at predetermined time intervals. For example, we offer our best-selling Instant Bubble Tea as a subscription in 30-, 60-, and 90-day intervals. This allows you to get it delivered without having to go through the checkout process each time.
How will I be charged?
When you sign up for a subscription, you will be asked to enter your payment information, which is then securely stored with our payment processor. We will automatically charge your payment method when your upcoming order is about to ship, usually within 48 hours before dispatch.
Can I change or delay my upcoming shipment?
Absolutely. We are dedicated to making sure you are always in full control of your subscription.
Three days before your next order ships, you will receive an email from us notifying you of this upcoming shipment. The email will contain a link allowing you to add or remove one-time products to or from this shipment, delay this shipment if you are on vacation (or just need a little time), or cancel the subscription altogether if you so wish. You can also refer to the original email you received when you signed up for the subscription for a link to manage your subscription.
Note: All changes and deferrals must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch.

There is no commitment. You are free to cancel at any time. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for us to process your cancellation request.
