My order is stuck in transit. Is it lost?

International shipments may not show any movements for up to 7 days while in transit to the final destination. It’s perfectly normal as sometimes packages are scanned in bulk, so updates may not propagate to individual packages. We ask that you wait until 7 days after the estimated delivery date before reaching out to us.

My order appears to be lost. What do I do?

We are only able to open a lost package investigation 7 days after the estimated delivery date (but no longer than 30 days after). Once we confirm it’s lost in transit, we will reach out to arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

If the products on your order are in stock, we usually ship within 1-3 business days. We sometimes allow pre-ordering certain products when they are out of stock, in which case, you will see the estimated shipping time on the product page.
